DIY ALERT: Leather Denim Jacket

This DIY inspiration was created from thrift finds and gently used coats from my home. I went thrifting for a denim jacket and last year around this time leather patch sleeves were quite a trend. I was going to originally go for that idea, but I thought more original and decided to add the leather to the back of the denim jacket. I searched high and low for some faux leather I could use on the jacket at the thrift store. No luck. When I got home I noticed the hood of my mom's old leather winter coat. She decided she'd let me have it, so I took full advantage. Her coat was black leather wilson. I suggested in my video if I couldn't find leather I'd paint the area with gloss black paint. I believe it'll still look great.
