Salmon/Chicken Dish













This is my 1st salmon dish I've made and I was pretty excited, i thought about every week making a dish for the blog. I love food and creating new dishes. I secretly always wanted to be on a foo show so who knows. But here's how to make it, super simple and if I may brag mad delicious. Enjoy!
 
 
 


 
Salmon:
Marinade with Lemon Pepper marinade Lawry's preferred, but other brands are fine. 
I added a teaspoon of basil, lemon pepper, and a dash of more pepper. 
Let marinade for 30 minutes. 
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Follow directions of yellow rice.

Fresh herb salad.

Chicken substitute can be made the same way, but cooked longer at about 40 minutes.
