3o Day Fitness Challenge: Abs Ass Legs Toned



Believe you can achieve THIS, yes the picture above in just 30 days?!!! Well you can with my fitness challenge I created personally for my family and I to conquer in just 30 days. NO GYM REQUIRED!
Yes I'm a mild health fanatic if I must admit. My favorite part of Seventeen magazine is the health section. Although, I've fell off and allowed my body to lose focus on its greatest potential, I'm taking that back. Well taken that back. This challenge seriously is a challenge after the 3rd rest day it challenges you to double your workout and make fitness your life. Reach towards the best body you can have or solely desire, find inspiration pictures and envision it every time you even think about slipping add it to your phone background so it can remind you you're spending more time laying down on your phone and not sweating!!! This is for the gal who's like me naturally skinny, but still don't have abs "Why in the fudge NOT?".  This is for the gal who says she's going to workout every year as a new years resolution "Last 2 weeks". This is for the gal who wants stay on the right path of eating healthy and incorporate fitness "Paleo diet? Vegetarian? Vegan? Cleansing?" This is for the gal who maybe just had a child or 10 years later still blaming her flab on her having a child "I want to lose this gut, but since I had a baby" This is for the gal who works to much "Ï don't have time for the gym". You get my jiff ?

Few tips below on how I stick to this challenge and give you lots of energy and motivation to accomplish this and not want to ever go back to the old you. "New Year, New You boo!"

  • Don't skip breakfast! 
  • I've been fueling off smoothies and oatmeal (Follow my Instagram for Recipes @Mecolec)
  • More colorful food like veggies and fruits, basically been my diet! 
  • Eat single food items -Dr. Oz 
  • Load up on sweet potatoes (sprinkle of cinnamon) BOMB.COM by themselves or with a portion size chicken breast baked!
  • watch portions
  • Drink water --- before meal so you won't over eat, because you can think you're hungry and could just be dehydrated.
  • On the days when you double your routine, do one set in the morning and other in the evening,  you'll feel even more productive. 
  • I like to document my health progression, see where you started and where you're heading! Privately of course, nothing's like your BAM to the world, when you are where you want to be.
  • Eat snacks! Big breakfast-light snack-mild lunch-light snack-light dinner.
  • Try to avoid dinner after 8 pm
  • 8 hours of sleep, I'm a hypocrite of this, but I'm more productive on the blog at these times.
  • Use Pinterest for inspiration, and links on how to do some exercises mentioned above. Especially recipes! (Follow me on there! See all  my pins Bornfashion23 )
  • Less tv. More reading| Less coffee. More green tea (which actually helps with belly fat)| Less talking. More listening| Less complaining. More doing.
  • Eat dried fruits for energy before workout.
  • After workout  try a smoothie with handful of low-fat yogurt, mixed berries and a banana, replenish those electrolytes gal!
  • Teas to wake you up--- Matcha & Peppermint
  • Try a workout tip jar, for everyday you accomplish a day of working out  tip yourself  $1, buy yourself some neat workout gear instead of wasting money on it all in the beginning and say you never finish that's wa$ted moneys and unused cute workout gear. Earn it gal! 
  • Add flavor to your water, like fresh fruits, lemons, limes or cucumbers and mints.
  • No excuses 2014 and the rest of the years can be totally yours. Change your mind and the body will come!
  • Compliment yourself and others--- give the universe what you want to feel.
  • After you've completed this don't pig out!
  • After you've completed this start circuits, or the 100 a day challenge which I'm on now!
